Terms of Service
The terms on which AudienceRPM makes this website available to you.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1.Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by AudienceRPM (a business operated as a trading name), based in Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
2.What this website is
This site describes what we do and invites you to get in touch. It is informational only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services, and submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Any engagement between us begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement.
3.No professional advice
The content here is general commentary on publisher revenue, SEO and monetisation. It is not tailored professional, financial, legal or business advice, and it does not account for your particular circumstances. Do not act on it alone. Get advice that addresses your own situation before making commercial decisions.
4.Case studies and results
The case studies, metrics and percentage improvements shown on this site describe outcomes achieved for specific clients, under their specific conditions, at a specific time.
They are not a prediction, promise or guarantee of the results you will get. Publisher revenue depends on factors outside our control, including your traffic mix, content, ad stack, seasonality, market rates and search engine behaviour. Results vary, and past performance does not indicate future performance.
5.Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, charts and copy on this site belong to AudienceRPM or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share the pages for your own business use. You may not republish, resell, or present our material as your own, or use our name or logo without written permission.
6.Acceptable use
Please do not:
- submit false, misleading or third-party details through the contact form;
- use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, spam or anything unlawful or abusive;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems, or interfere with its normal operation;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or submit the form by automated means.
We apply rate limits and automated abuse controls to the contact form, and we may block access from any source that breaches this section.
7.Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for reference. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8.Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. The site is provided “as is” and, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudienceRPM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10.Privacy
Personal information you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
The parties have requested that these terms and all related documents be drawn up in English. Les parties ont demandé que ce document et tous les documents s’y rattachant soient rédigés en anglais.
